LEED · Oman
Sustainability advisory for Oman
Omani developments increasingly expect a credible green-building outcome, and the most common route is LEED's internationally recognised benchmark, with GSAS for GCC alignment. We scope, document and coordinate either path from design to certified delivery.
A rating that holds through the build
Oman launched the national Roznah rating, starting with government buildings, and a new building code is reported to become mandatory by 2030. For private projects the choice usually rests with the owner, the market and the tenant. LEED is the safest benchmark for international exposure; GSAS adds GCC alignment. Whichever is chosen, the value comes from carrying it from concept to a certified, demonstrated outcome.
Our services span energy and water analysis suited to Gulf climates, design review, material and construction evidence, and coordinated at a distance with on-site support.
